In short, transpersonal means going beyond the limits of the person or the ego into the realms of our fullest human potential. As Albert Einstein says: “No problem can be solved with the same consciousness that created it”. This is the art and science of coaching.

As the Director of Coaching Education for the Transpersonal Psychology Masters Degree program at Sofia University and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach, I specialize working with students to earn their ACC credential by blending the ICF core competencies with transformative practices and principles. I mentor coaches on the path to obtaining their ACC or PCC or any coach who would like to integrate a more soulful and deeper holistic understanding of mind, body and spirit into their coaching approach.

In our sessions together we will go BEYOND ICF coaching and take it to the next level by working with my inclusive guide of Transpersonal Essentials © to embody transformational qualities in coaching for you and your clients that include: “being with” not “doing to” the client, flow, empathy, somatics, intuition, creativity, interconnectedness, spaciousness, openness, and emergence.

This option fulfils the 10 hour mentoring requirements of the International Coaching Federation for those seeking the ACC accreditation for the first time, renewing their ACC, or advancing from ACC to PCC credential. We work 1:1 at your pace to facilitate your growth, reflective practice, as well as enhance a transpersonal way of being using Transpersonal Essentials©. These mentor sessions include robust feedback on 4 recorded coaching sessions to help you sharpen your skills to pass your ICF assessment with flying colors.

This choice is most helpful for those coaches renewing their ICF ACC renewal or for an ICF credentialed coach who would like to bring a more transpersonal approach to their practice. It is intended to supplement group coaching you have received and give you the 3 individual mentor coaching hours needed for an ICF credential renewal. During these sessions you will also learn and integrate the Transpersonal Essentials© of coaching.

Single 60 minute session
with call Recording evaluation

These sessions are intended to support you in your ability to increase your coaching skills by incorporating the ICF Core Competencies and Transpersonal Essentials© more effectively into your coaching. Before these sessions, you will submit a call recording and a transcript up to 45 minutes which I will evaluate. We will then spend our time together reviewing the call and discussing various aspects of your coaching based on the ICF Core Competencies and Transpersonal Essentials. Sessions can be purchased individually anytime or as an addition to a package.
